About you
Your name, who will live in the apartment, and your work, studies or other regular activities.
From enquiry to moving in
We aim for a straightforward, unhurried process. These are the main steps from finding a suitable apartment to receiving the keys.
Check the rent, location, size, move-in date and other terms before getting in touch.
Tell us who will live in the apartment, what you do for work or study, when you would like to move in and how long you plan to rent.
At the viewing, you can explore the apartment, get to know the neighbourhood and ask questions.
Before signing, both parties review the tenancy agreement, financial terms and practical expectations.
When you move in, we walk through the apartment and hand over the keys as agreed.

A brief, specific enquiry helps us assess whether the apartment could suit you.

Important information
Details may vary between apartments. The rent, deposit, tenancy length and what is included should therefore be stated in the relevant listing and agreement.
Ask if anything is unclear. Clear expectations from the start benefit both the tenant and the landlord.
Take your time reading the agreement and ask for an explanation of anything you do not understand. Before signing
